I tried adding the command lines in the steam properties but that don't work either. So here's my problem, I was told to launch gta by LaunchEFLC.exe. I did that but I get that annoying infinite loading screen and I cannot test out my command line because of that. I don't want to launch by steam because I really want the command line to work.
